After my body crashed, I needed to get out of the corporate world and take time to heal. I didn’t have any women friends. I was a control freak – in my job and within my family. As I started to Rachael Jayne’s work, I made a commitment to do her meditations every day, and it’s changed who I am. I lost 50 pounds and have stopped trying to control my family. I’ve healed my body, teach yoga every day, and know I’ll always be fine, no matter what happens.
